We were given a few local realtors by the relocation company and were recommended a few others - one of which was Rob. We had an initial conversation with all and Rob stood out due to his professionalism, knowledge and desire to understand what we were really looking for.

Rob was on point throughout the entire process. We ended up taking multiple house hunting trips and Rob was organized, prepared and executed a great plan to see all the properties of interest for both trips. The list he put together was expertly aligned with our must haves and he was able to be flexible when we wanted to return to a few of the properties for a second (and third) visit. Being out of state, Rob was our 'boots on the ground' rep and ensured everything went super smoothly.

Rob had all of the above in abundance plus a great sense of humor. He had the answers to most of our questions and, for the few he didn't, was able to get great answers quickly. He got to know us and was able to predict and allay most of our concerns before we even brought them up. He took the time to really understand where we were coming from and what we were trying to find and then he built great lists of properties that had as many of our must have items as possible in the areas we liked.

The interactions we had with the C21 staff were good but, in all honesty, Rob really carried the torch here. He was who we interacted with almost daily for several months and was great to work with each and every time.

My husband and I highly recommend that you choose Century 21 in the Cleveland area. The managers frequently checked in to be sure we were having a good experience with our agent. Rob Gold provided superior service throughout the process. We toured several homes, and the first home on which we placed an offer failed the inspection. He helped us navigate that process, and then continue to tour more homes. He was able to provide guidance on different suburbs and neighborhoods within those suburbs. He was patient and responsive, helping us to understand our options. He helped us understand the housing market and how best to meet our needs. He met our scheduling needs for touring homes since we were moving from Utah to Ohio. We would recommend anyone who can to choose Rob Gold as your agent.
